How to apply for C3G Funding
Step 1 – Before making your application, decide on your course (choose from Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) or Certificate III in Health Administration), read and understand the course structure and fees and student handbook, and ensure you have read and understood the Skills Assure Certificate 3 Guarantee Funding program requirements.
Step 2 – For a safe and secure process, we’ve set up a dedicated client portal using FileInvite for you to complete your application and upload the required identification documents. To access the portal, simply click the ‘Click here to Apply’. A pop-up box will appear where you enter your name and email details as prompted and send the request.
Step 3 – Check your emails (including your junk folder), this may take a few minutes to be received and click to get started on completing the documentation required.
Application – Complete all fields of the application form.
Identity documents – Upload relevant identity documentation to demonstrate your eligibility, i.e. Date of Birth document, Citizenship document, Queensland residency document, and concession card (if applicable).
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) – It is a requirement of this government-funded program that all participants complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment. This will take you approximately 30-60 minutes to complete. We know it may seem scary, but this is not a test! It is just a way that we can gauge your academic level and to provide you with extra support if needed.
Participant Declaration – Digitally sign the participant declaration.
Once all requests have been completed by you in the secure portal, our funding team will review your application and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. If you are deemed eligible to receive the government subsidy an approval notice, which includes a link to enrol into our course, will be sent to you via email.
You have 21 days to enrol after we send you the funding approval email.
Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call 1300 887 082 or email [email protected].
