Do you have specific or start dates? No. You can enrol and get started anytime.
Are there class minimum requirements? No. We are happy to help individuals or groups achieve their educational goals.
How is the course delivered? 100% online – Students login to our easy to use eLearning hub and work on the course anywhere, anytime.
What support is offered to me? All students are assigned a dedicated qualified trainer to provide guidance and a student administration support officer who will do progress check-ins and assist with the learning journey.
What equipment do I need? You will need access to email and a computer with Microsoft Office 2010 or equivalent, a good internet connection and run the most updated version of your browser, like Firefox or Chrome.
Do you offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)? Yes, however we usually find that grade 11 & 12 students haven’t yet completed sufficient study or employment that can be used towards RPL.
Is there a work placement component? No.
What are the advantages of doing a Certificate III? This qualification can help you transition into employment in a variety of health administration roles or be used as a gateway to further studies.
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification however basic computer skills are required.

This course requires students to have foundation skill level: Numeracy 2, Learning 2, Writing 2, reading 2, Oral 2 in English. All students will be assessed on their Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) on enrolment.
Courses usually take 12-24 months to complete, depending on the type of training schedule undertaken by the student. Students study from anywhere, anytime. As this is a flexible learning program students can complete much sooner if they desire.
