This short course will teach you the skills to:

• Dealing with poor performance and improving team productivity
• Manage workplace discrimination
• Develop more effective communication skills

COURSE ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES
The BSBLDR413 course assessment is competency-based, so you don’t need to worry about a pass or fail outcome. Our trainers will use various methods to assess your medical reception and terminology capabilities, such as:
- Q&As – written answers to proposed scenarios and knowledge checks.
- Product-based assessment tasks – e.g. writing a letter using appropriate medical terminology.
- Short pronunciation and communication tasks – e.g. providing audio recordings of simulated conversations to demonstrate your abilities.
MAT gives every student up to three attempts for each assessment to promote plenty of opportunities for success. Our devoted trainers are fully committed to guiding you throughout your learning journey, offering comprehensive written feedback to enhance your understanding and improve your skills.
COURSE DURATION
All students are allocated up to 8 weeks to complete their course. However, you can complete the work sooner if you wish.
