Credit Transfer Policy

Credit transfer is available only for units or qualifications that fall within Medical Administration Trainings scope of registration and align with the units included in the applicant’s current study program. For detailed information, please review our full Credit Transfer Policy. Click here

Instructions

To apply for credit transfer, applicants:

• must be enrolled with Medical Administration Training, and
• fully complete the below Credit Transfer Application Form, and
• provide MAT permission to view your USI transcript (click here to view instructions), or
• submit the following documents:
  • Proof of Previous Studies:
    A copy of a Statement of Attainment, Testamur, or Academic Transcript that clearly includes the following details:
    • The student’s full name
    • The institution’s name and provider number (with the Nationally Recognised Training logo)
    • The date the qualification or certificate was issued
    • Unit code(s), unit title(s), and results
  • An official USI transcript listing the relevant units (click here to view instructions)
  • Name Verification (if applicable):
    If the documentation is issued under a different name (e.g., maiden name), include a certified copy of name change documentation (e.g., Certificate of Marriage).
